Member Brian Rasmussen lives at over 8000', and the blue mist penstemon blooms for him later than for those of us in the lower parts of Boulder County. But when it blooms, it really blooms! This is a Bring Your Own Beverage and carpool from Boulder event; we'll sit on Brian's deck, ooh and ahh over the penstemons, and catch up with each other. Registration is required, and we'll carpool from Boulder. (Brian's driveway requires high clearance and 4WD.)
